Our Small Group Classes are designed for different fitness levels and are based on the innovative and highly effective Functional Patterns system.

Join our small group classes and learn the fundamentals of fascia health and core strength, helping you build a more balanced and efficient posture.
Classes are limited to
6 participants to ensure personal attention.
Prices range from
€25 to €45 per 60-minute class, depending on the package.

Types of Classes
Beginners Class
In the Beginners Class, we focus on the foundations of Functional Patterns. Using standing as our base, we address areas of excessive tension through myofascial release and work towards a more balanced posture. We focus on the correct alignment of the spine, ribs, hips, and joints.
All exercises are part of the Functional Patterns 10-week online program, which we strongly recommend following alongside the classes so you can continue practicing at home.
This class is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level.
Fundamental Class
The Fundamental Class builds on the Beginners Class. Here, we introduce small and controlled dynamic Functional Patterns movements during the final part of each session, while continuing to refine posture and alignment.
To join this class, it is essential that you have completed the 10-week online program or attended at least 12 Beginners Classes.
Functional Class
In the Functional Class, we progress toward more complex and dynamic movements while maintaining a strong focus on posture and movement quality.
This class is available to:
- Personal Training clients with a minimum of 15 Personal Training sessions, or
- Participants who have completed at least 12 Fundamental Classes
How to Get Started
To prepare for your first class, we ask you to book a 60-minute introductory session. During this session, we will:
- Discuss your personal goals and physical background
- Perform a postural assessment (standing, walking, and running when possible)
This assessment helps us identify the areas that need attention so we can guide you safely and effectively during the group classes.
After this session, you are ready to join your first Beginners Class.
