a jurney of discovery through our bodies

We will dive into our bodies and explore the fascinating world hidden within us.
With Marta you will follow the path suggested by Body Worlds, and will give you more background both in English as in Dutch about our bodies like muscle connections, answer your questions, and discuss anatomical points of attention that we can identify and address in our lifestyle and during our Functional Patterns sessions.
At the end of the tour, we will collectively perform a personal body composition measurement to become aware of our body composition and see which aspects we can better adjust to prevent future problems.
